OnlyHere

Terms

The agreement between you and us when you use OnlyHere.

Version 1.0, in force from 2026-10-10.

1. Who we are and what you're agreeing to

OnlyHere is run by Paragon Consulting FZE, Twin Towers, P.O. Box 4422, Fujairah, United Arab Emirates ("we", "us"). These terms are the agreement between us and you, the person who signs up ("you"). You accept them when you tick the box at sign-up. Our privacy notice explains how we handle your data. Team plans are set up under a separate order with us, and these terms apply to each creator on a Team plan except where that order says otherwise.

2. The service

OnlyHere publishes one page, at onlyhere.me/yourname, listing the channels you have proved you control, the platforms you say you don't use and your contact rules. Depending on your plan, we also watch the public web for accounts using your name, report what we find to you privately, send same-day alerts when an impersonator appears to be asking for money, and help you anchor a timestamped record of your own media. Your plan's limits are on the pricing page. What a page does and doesn't prove is set out on What we prove, and that page forms part of these terms.

The service is fully automated. Nobody at OnlyHere reviews your page, your findings or the accounts we capture as part of the service.

3. Who can sign up

You must be 18 or over and able to enter a binding contract. A page is for one real person, and it must be you: you may not sign up for, or list the channels of, anyone else. Everything you give us must be true, and you must keep your sign-in details to yourself. Tell us through the contact form if you think someone else has access to your account.

4. The ID check

Before your page goes live, you complete an ID check with Didit, our identity partner, using your passport or national ID, and a selfie for a liveness and face-match check. The result is decided automatically. If it doesn't pass, you aren't charged and your page doesn't go live; you can try again with a different document, or contest the result through the contact form. Your page shows the name on your ID, or another name only if one of your proved channels already displays it.

5. Proving channels and your page

Each channel you add gets a one-time code. You prove it by placing the code in that profile's public bio or description so that our browser can read it. We recheck your channels on a schedule. If we can no longer confirm a channel, for example because the profile has become private or has been removed, we may take it off your page until it is proved again.

Your page is public, and so is the data behind it. You are responsible for the truth of what you list: the platforms you say you don't use and your contact rules are your own statements, and we publish them as yours. You must tell us promptly, or remove the channel yourself, if you lose control of a listed channel. We may refuse or remove a listing that we have reason to believe is false or misleading.

6. The watch and findings

On plans that include it, we search the web for your name, aliases and handles, capture candidate accounts in an isolated cloud browser, and label each one with an AI model as likely impersonation, unclear or dismissed. Labels can be wrong; treat them as a starting point for your own judgment. We can't search every platform or find every account, and finding nothing doesn't mean nothing exists.

We don't take accounts down, and we don't file reports on your behalf. We give you the captures, the platform's reporting link and suggested text, which you may use to report an account. You must not use findings to harass, threaten or publish material about anyone.

7. The capsule

When the capsule opens, it will let you fingerprint your own photos, voice and video on your device and have those fingerprints timestamped by two independent timestamp authorities. Your media never leaves your device, so keeping the originals safe is your responsibility: without them, the fingerprints prove nothing. You may only anchor media you have the right to use. The evidence pack is yours to keep.

8. The badge and your page link

While your subscription is active, you may show the OnlyHere badge on your own websites and link to your page, using the code we give you without altering it. The badge says your channels were proved on OnlyHere and when. It doesn't say that you, or anything you say, are verified, certified or endorsed by us, and you must not present it that way.

9. What you must not do

  • Impersonate anyone, or use OnlyHere to make an account look official when it isn't.
  • List a channel you don't control, or make false statements on your page.
  • Try to get round the ID check or the channel proofs, or interfere with the service or its security.
  • Scrape the site, or copy pages or badges for any purpose other than linking to a real page.
  • Use the service for anything unlawful.

10. Prices and billing

Prices are on the pricing page, in US dollars, plus any tax that applies where you are. Payments are handled by Stripe. When you sign up, your card is saved and nothing is charged. Your subscription starts, and your first payment is taken, when your ID check passes. After that it renews automatically every month or year, depending on your plan, until you cancel. If a payment fails, Stripe retries it; if it still can't be collected, your subscription ends as described in section 11. If we change a price, we'll email you at least 30 days before it applies to you, and you can cancel before then.

11. Cancelling, and what happens to your page

You can cancel at any time from your dashboard, under Card and invoices. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your plan continues until the end of the period you have paid for. We don't refund the current period, but nothing in these terms takes away a right to cancel and get money back that the law where you live gives you as a consumer.

When your subscription ends, your page stays up for 90 days with a banner showing the date it was last checked, so a dead link never becomes an opening for an impersonator. After that it is replaced by a short notice. What we keep and for how long is set out in the privacy notice.

12. When we can suspend or end your account

We may suspend or end your account, and freeze or remove your page, if you break these terms, if we have reason to believe your page is false or is being used to mislead, if the law requires it, or to protect the service or other people. If we end your account for any other reason, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice and refund any part of a period you have paid for and won't receive.

13. Changes to the service

We keep improving OnlyHere and may change how it works. If a change materially reduces what your plan includes, we'll tell you in advance, and you can cancel. We aim to keep the service available but don't guarantee that it will be uninterrupted.

14. Ownership

The OnlyHere name, logo, badge, site and software are ours. The content you give us stays yours; you allow us to host, publish and process it as needed to provide the service. If you send us suggestions, we may use them without any obligation to you.

15. What we promise, and what we don't

We will provide the service with reasonable care. We don't promise that OnlyHere will find every impersonator, that any account will be taken down, or that platforms, audiences or anyone else will rely on your page. Nothing we provide is legal advice.

16. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law doesn't allow to be limited, including for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or your rights as a consumer under the law where you live. Subject to that, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profits, income, followers or reputation, or for what other people do with impersonating accounts, and our total liability to you under these terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that gave rise to the claim.

17. Changes to these terms

These terms are versioned. If we make a material change, we'll email you at least 30 days before it takes effect. If you don't accept it, you can cancel before then. The date at the top shows the version in force.

18. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Dubai International Financial Centre, and the DIFC Courts have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in its courts.
